Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions operated by Brickdraw Ltd via brickdropcomps.co.uk. By entering any competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Brickdraw Ltd (Company Number: 16962302).
2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
Proof of age, identity, and UK residency may be required.
3. Skills-Based Competitions
All competitions are genuine skills-based competitions.
To enter, participants must correctly answer a skill-based question.
Only correct answers are accepted as valid entries.
The same skill question applies to both paid and free postal entries.
Because a genuine element of skill is required, these competitions are not classified as gambling under the Gambling Act 2005.
4. How to Enter
Paid Entry
Entries can be made via the Website by purchasing tickets.
Ticket prices and maximum ticket numbers are clearly stated on each competition page.
The maximum number of paid entries per person, per competition are clearly stated on each competition page.
Free Postal Entry
Free entry is available by post.
One free postal entry per person, per competition is permitted.
Postal entries must be handwritten and include:
Full name
Date of birth
Email address
Telephone number
Competition name
Correct answer to the skill-based question
Postal entries must be received 5 working days before the stated competition closing date or, the date the competition sells out, and sent to: Brickdraw Ltd, Unit 163166, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL. If a competition sells out before the advertised closing date, the competition will close immediately and postal entries received after the point of sell-out will not be entered into the draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that arrive after a competition has sold out. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure sufficient time is allowed for delivery.
5. Competition Closing & Draws
Each competition will have a stated closing date.
The Promoter reserves the right to close a competition early if all available entries have been sold. In such circumstances, the competition will close immediately and the draw may take place before the originally advertised closing date.
All draws will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
6. Winner Selection
Winners are selected using an automated random selection system from all valid entries.
All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
7. Prizes
All prizes are LEGO® products only.
There is no cash alternative.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Brickdraw Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
Section 7a — Pick a Prize Competitions
Where a competition is designated as a “Pick a Prize” competition, the following additional terms apply:
A selection of prizes will be displayed on the competition page at the time of entry. The winner of a Pick a Prize competition may select one prize from the stated prize pool at the time of winning.
The prize pool is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a selected prize becomes unavailable after the draw, the winner will be offered an alternative prize of equal or greater value from the remaining pool.
Only one prize per winner per Pick a Prize competition. The remaining prizes in the pool will be retained by the Promoter.
The winner must confirm their prize selection within 14 days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in an alternative winner being selected.
All other standard prize terms apply — prizes are LEGO products only, there is no cash alternative, and prizes are non-transferable.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
9. Refund Policy
All entries are final and non-refundable once submitted.
Once a ticket has been purchased, the entry into the competition is deemed to have been supplied immediately and therefore the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of:
A technical error during payment, or
Cancellation of the competition by BrickDropComps.
If a competition is cancelled for any reason, all entrants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
10. Disqualification
Brickdraw Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the competition.
11. Liability
Brickdraw Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or postal issues beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Promotional Entries & Influencer Participation
From time to time, Brick Drop Competitions may provide complimentary or promotional entries to selected individuals, including but not limited to content creators, brand partners, or for marketing purposes.
All complimentary entries are treated in the same way as paid entries and are assigned a valid entry number. Unless otherwise stated, these entries will be included in the relevant competition draw and have an equal chance of winning.
Brick Drop Competitions operates all draws using a fair and random selection process. The allocation of complimentary entries does not influence or alter the outcome of any draw.
In certain circumstances, Brick Drop Competitions reserves the right to exclude complimentary or promotional entries from a draw where deemed necessary to maintain fairness, transparency, or public confidence. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated prior to the draw taking place.
By entering a competition, all participants acknowledge and accept that promotional entries may be issued as part of marketing activity.
13. Directors and Internal Test Entries
Directors and individuals connected with Brick Drop Competitions may, from time to time, enter competitions for testing or operational purposes only.
Any such entries will not be eligible to win and will be removed prior to the draw taking place. These entries will have no influence on the outcome of any competition.
This measure is in place to ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity across all competitions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
